PD Dharma Jaya: Meat Stock Until Eid is Safe

The city-owned slaughterhouse PD Dharma Jaya ensured that beef and chicken stocks in Jakarta would be safe until the upcoming Eid.

That means there will be 1,537,175 chickens until Eid

PD Dharma Jaya Business Director Mohamad Adam Ali Bhutto said the current estimated chicken meat demand in Jakarta is approximately 500 tons per day. While the planned intake of chicken meat on April 15 to 30 is 300,000 and then will be increased to 625,000 in the forthcoming May.

"That means there will be 1,537,175 chickens until Eid," he expressed, Friday (4/17).

As for beef, there will be 300,000 kg of beef on April 15 to 30 and 450,000 kg in May.

"That means there will be 1,113,450 kg of beef until Eid," he told.

As for the information, PD Dharma Jaya is engaged in the food and meat industry. They also serve meat sales at very affordable prices.

For carcass chicken, as of Friday (4/17) for example as quoted from the PD Dharma Jaya official website, priced at Rp 31,990 and beef ribs priced at Rp 84,990 per kg.

While for beef quads per kg are sold at Rp 92,990 and hamstrings beef at Rp 94,990 per kg.
